1. What is included in the conference registration fee?
The conference delegates get a souvenir containing the abstracts of the papers being presented, CD of the conference proceedings, lunch/tea/coffee during the conference and free entry to the exhibition area. Package including accommodation in the hotel Lalit (five-star) is available. For details, visit relevant webpage in www.corcon.org.
2. When is the deadline for registration?
As long as space is available at the conference, you can register right up until the conference itself. However, we advise you to register as soon as you know that your attendance is definite. On occasions conferences do become fully booked and regrettably we do have to turn people away.
3. I didn't book optional accomodation when I made my original registration, but I want to add them on now?
Please contact us in writing at the earliest. Subject to availability of rooms, you may get the room after making payment.
4. I have already paid fee and not able to attend the conference. Can a colleague attend in my place?
This is usually not a problem. Please inform CORCON office in writing the contact details of you and the substitute. There is no extra charge or cancellation penalty for substitution.
5. The conference is less than two weeks away, and I haven't received any confirmation. What should I do?
This could mean that either your form along with the payment was not received successfully, and you are not registered, or that our confirmation documents have not reached you successfully. It is essential that you urgently contact the CORCON office to check the status of your registration.

7. Should I have to submit paper abstract, full text, biodata and presentation file ONLY online?
Yes. If you have already sent the same by e-mail, request you to submit in online as well.
8. Why login is essential to upload abstract, full text, biodata and presentation file?
To identify the author and to pull out the biodata and presentation file accordingly during the conference.
9. I have forgotten the reference number and so, I am not able to load the full text. Please Assist?
After logging in, you have to key-in the reference number while submitting the full text and power point presentation fiel. Send a query in the quick response appearing in the home page of www.corcon.org. Alternatively, you may send an e-mail to info@corcon.org in this regard.
10. My abstract has been accepted. Can I still present my paper during the conference without the submission of full text?
No, the paper will be included for presentation only after receiving the full text and the conference fee.
11. I would not be able to attend the conference. Can my colleague present the accepted paper?
Yes, as long as he/she is one of the co-authors of the paper and has paid the registration fee.
12. I am a student and will not be able to afford the conference fee. Can you assist?
Contact CORCON office with your biodata. It may be considered on merit basis.
13. Mumbai is new to me. Can you assist me in locating a hotel nearby the conference venue?
Yes. You may contact CORCON office for any such assistance. Budget hotels of various range are available near the conference venue.
